Chris Lesy – Operations Supervisor, Estevan
Chris has grown his career over the last 15 years, specializing in pumps and rods. Chris’ passion and knowledge have brought him to where he is today.
Jeremy Mack – General Manager, Estevan
Establishing his oil & gas career in 2002, Jeremy knows what it takes to succeed in this industry. After years of gaining knowledge in many different fields, Jeremy has now run two very successful oil & gas servicing companies.
Tyler DeBacker – Branch Manager, Virden
Born and raised in Southwest Manitoba, Tyler is no stranger to oil & gas. Starting in Alberta on the drilling rigs, Tyler has settled nicely in the service industry for the last 12 years. Tyler brings a vast knowledge of Wellheads, Rods and Oilfield Servicing to IALS.
Darren Olsen – Operations Supervisor, Estevan
Darren's career in oil & gas has spanned over 2 decades, starting with Jeremy at TS&M in 2002. Darrens knowledge in Rod Pump makes him a great addition to the Innovative team.
Braeden Crepeele – Operations Manager, Virden
Starting as a wellhead technician right out of high school, Braeden has shown what true hard work and dedication can do. Over the last 11 years, Braeden’s knowledge and experience have brought a fresh perspective to the Innovative team.
Jeremy Mackenzie – Sales, Estevan & Virden
With 25 years of experience in the field, Jeremy brings a strong network of contacts and established relationships to IALS. When Jeremy isn’t crushing sales, he enjoys hunting, golfing, and playing guitar.
